Beesy allow you to assign and receive actions and notes directly to a team/group
Thanks to Beesy, discover how to share notes and actions to your team. This will allow you to minimise the number of clics and to incorporate an entire team.
Therefore, in a note, when entering an action, when you select a person in charge of the action, instead of selecting a contact, you can choose a group. In order to simplify the process for you, you can put your group as favorite and it will be on top of your list.
You can add groups very easily by following those 2 steps :
In the people panel :
- “+” then add a group
- Name the group and add participants
